Getting braces as an adult can not only dramatically improve your smile, it can also reduce premature wear and tear on your teeth, discomfort due to misaligned jaw position and reduce your chances for gum disease by making cleaning easier.
Does Treatment Differ with Adults?
When treating adults, we aim to keep things simple, the treatment objectives realistic and treatment times as short as possible. As you might expect, adults often have dental issues that younger patients don’t such as missing teeth, severe wear or gum disease. Adults’ facial bones have also stopped growing. So, we modify our treatment plans accordingly.

The Damon Braces are self-ligating low friction allowing the arch wire to move freely and that means less force, faster treatment, fewer adjustment visits and far less discomfort and pain than ever before.

The Clear Ceramic Braces are worn just like metal braces, but they are the color of your teeth, so they are much less noticeable. They are more delicate than metal braces, so you need to be more careful of what you eat.

How Much Does It Cost?
The cost of your orthodontic treatment depends largely on case complexity, the type of orthodontic brace and the duration of the treatment required.
We offer 15 minute FREE Initial Consultations with our specialist to discuss your orthodontic problems, treatment options and how much orthodontic will cost with a detailed quotation. If you decide to proceed with treatment, we will then book a 30 minute records appointment (digital x-rays, 3D scans of your teeth, photos) which will be followed by a follow-up 30 minute treatment planning discussion visit.
The cost for the Full Consultation is €130 for Adults and covers both appointments. This non-refundable consultation fee will be deducted from the overall cost of your orthodontic treatment if you decide to start treatment with us within the next 12 months.

Are Your Prices All-Inclusive?
We provide only fixed prices, so there are no hidden charges and surprises regardless of how long your new smile journey would take. Our fees are comprehensive and include all adjustments appointments (every 6-8 weeks), all fixed & removable retainers at the end of treatment and retention supervision for up to 12 months following completion of your child's treatment.
Discounts and Tax Relief
Tax Relief is available on orthodontic treatment at the standard rate allowing patients claim back 20% of the costs through the Med2 scheme. A 10% discount is also available to second and subsequent family members.
Are Your Fees Expensive?
Our fees are very competitive given that you will be treated by Dr. Kostas, the Orthodontic Specialist himself at each and every appointment and not by an Orthodontic Therapist or Assistant that works under his instructions.
